How it started
Founded in 2022 by father and son, Binh and Brian Nguyen, with partner Henry Do, Nimo Homes aims to tackle the housing crisis with nimble, modular tiny homes that are sustainable, affordable, and adaptable.
Leveraging their experience from Aera Design & Development, a firm renowned for real estate projects in the USA and Vietnam, the team saw an opportunity to create transformative housing solutions, especially in high-cost areas like the Bay Area.
